What makes mini, little things so desirable? Here is a cute little jar pie I found on NotMartha.org. Great with tea I'm sure. I bet this would be fantastic with a Darjeeling. I haven't actually made it yet as it calls for cherry pie filling which contains corn syrup which I don't do. Corn allergy. I just have not had time to make my own filling the way Martha surely would. Now, I love Martha. She is however, an easy target. I have plenty of time to make loose leaf tea in the mornings, but iron my sheets? That is something else all together! Perhaps if they were mini sheets...
